Payment

PAYMENT METHODS

-Via Paypal. You can pay using your PayPal account, if you do not have an account, you can pay through their site by credit card.

Customs fees, taxes, for each country, should assume the buyer.

 

Shipping

I sent my items through the Postal Mail, “Correos de España” The large items for Priority Mail International Service, with tracking number and signature on delivery. The small items for save costs, for standard Postal Mail “Correos de España”

Once payment is received, I sent in three or four days, normally I sent it earlier. I have found that international shipping usually takes approximately fifteen days.
Sometimes it takes only one week.

Refunds and Exchanges

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!! You have 15 days from you receive the item. If when you receive my item is not what you expected, please contact me. I respect your decision and I will not ask questions. I will refund your money, minus return shipping.

Steps to follow, if you receive an ITEM DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If the package has external damage, please take photos before opening the package and contact me within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos.

If you find that the package is not damaged, but when you open it, the item is damaged. just contact me within 24 hours. Photos are required to assess the damage and make a refund or exchange.

ITEM LOST
If after a reasonable time, you have not received your package, please contact me to make appropriate checks with the shipping company, where is your package. Once it is established that is lost, I can replace the item with the same or similar, or refund, depending on your preference.
