PAYMENT OPTIONS:
-Via Paypal. You can pay using your PayPal account, if you do not have an account, you can pay through their site by credit card.
-Via Stripe. You can pay by credit card
I keep your payment information secure. I never receive your credit card information.
Customs fees, taxes, for each country, should assume the buyer.
SHIPPING
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
I sent my items through the Postal Mail, «Correos de España» The large items for Priority Mail International Service, with tracking number and signature on delivery. The small items for save costs, for standard Postal Mail «Correos de España»
There are items that can be sent by my trusted manufacturer.
Once payment is received, I sent in three to five days, normally I sent it earlier.
Customs fees, taxes, for each country, should assume the buyer.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
- Custom or personalized orders (prints on paper, fabric, clay or originals paintings on request)
- Digital downloads
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
IF THE ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS IN VALUE.
Steps to follow, if you receive an ITEM DAMAGE IN TRANSIT (The packaging that I use is very strong and compact so that the shipment arrives safely to your hands)
If the package has external damage, please take photos before opening the package and contact me within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos.
If you find that the package is not damaged, but when you open it, the item is damaged. just contact me within 24 hours. Photos are required to assess the damage and make a total refund or exchange.
ITEM LOST (This has never happened to me)
If after a reasonable time, a month or month and a half, have not received your package, please contact me to make appropriate checks with the shipping company, where is your package. Once it is established that is lost, I can replace the item with the same or similar, or refund, depending on your preference.
